Does The Home Depot provide tuition reimbursement for associates?

Home Depot associates are eligible for the Tuition Reimbursement benefit on their first day of employment. College, university, or technical school approved courses for associate, bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, or technical degrees are all covered under the tuition reimbursement benefit.

What is your average hourly wage for stores and distribution centers?

Home Depot’s wage is competitive and varies depending on market, experience, and specific position.

Are associates required to wear masks at work?

We require associates and customers to wear masks.

Am I required to get the COVID19 vaccine to accept a job offer?

No. We’re reviewing OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) which requires vaccination or weekly testing and are working through the details of how we’ll comply with the standard. We’re communicating regularly with our associates to gather information on COVID-19 vaccination status, encourage vaccination, and provide information and resources to make it easier for our associates to get the vaccine.
